Casing soil (peat) dispatched by our company is prepared in full compliance with production standards and delivered to our customers following quality control procedures.
In the event of a potential disease outbreak or contamination, evaluations will be based on the following criteria:

1. The disease must be observed homogeneously across the entire growing room or a major portion of it. Diseases or contaminations that appear only in localized or partial areas will not be considered originative of the casing soil.
2. To evaluate whether a disease originates from the casing soil, results from the growing rooms of other customers supplied with products manufactured on the same date and from the same batch will also be taken into account.
3. If no similar issue is identified among other customers using the same batch, the reported disease will not be deemed to originate from the casing soil.
4. Production environment, hygiene conditions, compost quality, watering practices, ventilation systems, and other operational factors will be included in the evaluation scope.

Our company will only process warranty claims in cases where technical inspections and evaluations definitively establish that the issue originates from the casing soil.
